Customer Default Information


Customer Default Information

First we have to click on maintain option, then select default information and then select customer option.



In Payment term Tab, we have to fill G/L sales account ID, discount G/L account.




Now in Account Aging tab, we have to choose either invoice date or due date.



Next Tab is of Custom Fields. In this we can change the field label and can enter extra information about customers.


In this tab that is financing charges. We have to fill the information about the finance charges and changes of interest on finance charge.



And in the last Tab that is Pay Methods. In this we have to tell about payment methods like Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard etc.
