After setup new company

We open our existing company.

Then we have to click on maintain option and select chart of accounts.

MAINTAIN CHARTS OF ACCOUNTS

After clicking on charts of accounts, we have to fill the blocks that are:

ACCOUNT ID

DESCRIPTION

ACCOUNT TYPE

After this we enter information on these blocks.

By clicking on search button, we can see all accounts.

After that we click on beginning balance. Select first beginning balance in which we enter charts of accounts and then click on OK.

And then we enter all amounts of accounts in their given blocks.

Then click on OK for saving data.
